A fully digital implant workflow has the potential to improve clinical outcomes, reduce chair time and invasiveness while being designed from a restorative plan. A full workflow for single and multi-unit hybrid restorations will be demonstrated outlining in-office design of surgical guide and restorations, and fabrication with 3D printing.
Educational Objectives:
• Identify the hardware and software requirements of a fully digital model free workflow from CBCT capture, scan bodies and IO scanning, software design suites to 3D printing of surgical guides and restorations.
• Find out how in office surgical guides and provisionals can be designed and 3D printed for single unit, partially dentate, fully edentulous and hybrid cases pre-surgically with immediate provisional delivery.
• Comprehend how to design and 3D print supportive tools in periodontal therapy: Digital smile design, full arch wax-up and model fabrication, nightguard fabrication, long term provisional and palatal guards.
• Grasp how digital integration can transform practice profitability, efficiency, and marketability.
